Welcome to JellyBot LLC! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the applications, games, websites and services provided by JellyBot LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services covered

These Terms apply to jellybot.tech and to every app published by JellyBot LLC that links to them. If an app has its own additional terms, those take priority for that app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using our applications, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not download, access or use our applications. App stores (Google Play, the Apple App Store) have their own terms, which also apply to your download.

2. Use of Applications

  • As-Is Usage: Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties or guarantees about their functionality, accuracy, reliability or availability.
  • Updates and Changes: We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our applications at any time. Where the law requires it, we will tell you in advance.
  • Early access: Some apps are first offered as an early-access or test version on Google Play. These versions may have bugs, and features may change before the full release. Your progress stays on your device as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • License to Use: We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use our applications for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, modify, or reverse-engineer our applications without our prior written consent, except where the law allows it.

3. Minimum age and children

Each app states its minimum age in its app-specific privacy details. Little Grid Sudoku is for ages 13 and up: a neutral age question (year of birth) decides whether the app can be used, and younger players see only a screen saying so (see the Children section of the Privacy Policy). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use our Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians accept these Terms on behalf of their child. Optional purchases are offered to adults only. Parents are responsible for purchases made on a device they control, and app stores provide parental purchase controls.

4. Virtual items and coins

  • Some apps include virtual items such as coins, lives, gifts and boosters. They are earned by playing. In Little Grid Sudoku on Android, adults can also buy coin packs (see section 5). Where an app offers it, adults can earn some coins by choosing to watch an ad; watching is always optional.
  • Coins and other virtual items are a limited, personal, revocable licence to use a feature of the app. You do not own them. They have no cash or monetary value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, goods or anything of value outside the app, and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another person, device or account.
  • They are stored on your device only. They are lost if you delete the app or its data, use Delete all my data, or change devices, and we cannot restore them. We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items, for example their prices in coins. Unused coins are not refundable except where section 5 or the law where you live says otherwise.

5. In-app purchases

  • What is sold: Little Grid Sudoku on Android offers optional in-app purchases to adults only: coin packs (consumable: the coins are added once to your balance on the device) and Remove ads (a one-time, non-consumable purchase). Players under 18 and Kids mode are never offered purchases. The iPhone and iPad app and our other apps offer no in-app purchases today; if that changes, this section will say so before purchases are offered.
  • Remove ads (Android): removes the banner and the full-screen ads shown between games. Optional rewarded videos (watch an ad for a reward) stay available, and you only see one if you choose to. Remove ads applies to Little Grid Sudoku on devices signed in to the same Google account and can be restored in Settings → Restore purchases.
  • Payment: purchases are processed by Google Play (and, where an app offers them on iPhone or iPad, by Apple) under the store's own terms. We never receive your payment card details. Prices, including taxes where applicable, are shown in the store before you confirm.
  • Refunds: refunds are handled by the store you paid. For Google Play, see Google Play's refund policy; for the Apple App Store, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but you can email support@jellybot.tech and we will help. If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, the app may remove what it unlocked (for example Remove ads) the next time it checks with the store. Coins already spent cannot be restored. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or withdrawal rights you have under the law where you live.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, copyrights and patents related to our applications, belong to JellyBot LLC or our licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7. User Obligations

  • Compliance: You agree to use our applications in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not use our applications to infringe the rights of others, engage in unlawful activity, cheat or tamper with game data in a way that harms others, distribute harmful code, or interfere with the security or operation of our applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JellyBot LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our applications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Disclaimers

  • No Warranties: JellyBot LLC provides its applications without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
  • Content Accuracy: We do not guarantee that the content in our applications is accurate, reliable or error-free.

10. User Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how. App-specific details are on separate pages, for example Little Grid Sudoku.

11. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to our applications if you breach these Terms. You may stop using them at any time by deleting them.

12. Governing Law

JellyBot LLC is a limited liability company organised in California, United States. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled within the jurisdiction of California courts. This does not take away mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish changes at https://jellybot.tech/tos, update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
